CrunchGear just posted a very intriguing article about a couple in Spain who had their wedding crashed by a member of the Spanish General Society of Authors and Editors.  This “spy” recorded the wedding and the proceeded to sue the couple for an unauthorized use of a song.

The couple counter-sued for invasion of privacy and won.
